The company is looking for a competent and motivated person who can ensure customers portals are monitored and effect the necessary changes requiredKEY PERFORMANCE AREASExtract customer delivery requirements from customer portals dailyExtract daily DCI's and ensure daily picking and dispatching complianceValidate reconciliation of disagreements daily on various portalsCheck and updates releases daily as well as complete disputes daily on the necessary portalsSupport with daily stock counts and update reconciliations dailyGenerate delivery notes in Fourth Shift as requiredFollow up on customer queries and resolve accordinglyConduct filing of all shipping documentation and general housekeepingQUALIFICATIONSA tertiary qualification (ND, BTech or Degree) in Logistics, Inventory and Stores Management or Purchasing ManagementCertified computer trainingWORK EXPERIENCEPrevious experience in OEM Logistics / Warehouse (5 years)Previous experience with exportsShould have thorough knowledge of the entire plant processesOTHER REQUIREMENTSExcellent attendance and Disciplinary recordLeadership skillsComputer literacy essential (MRP System – 4th Shift, Excel, Word)Good decision making skillsAbility to work under pressure with attention to detailGood communication and presentation skillsPerform reasonable ad hoc tasks / projects as requested by managementAct as a back-up for the Logistics Admin Clerk as and when necessary
