Overview:To provide support to various departments which includes accounts, management and technical department. Ensure stability in profitability by maintaining a high customer satisfaction and retention rate. Minimum requirements:Grade 12 / MatricCompleted tertiary in Business Management, Project Management, Cost & Management Accounting (highly advantageous)2+ years relevant job experienceComputer literateResponsibilities:Liaise with both clients and suppliers with regards to active jobsMaintain filing system to ensure that documents are filed correctlyManage effective systems to control time, cost and qualityCompilation and submission of reports one expenses to Service Head of Department and clients on completion of jobsMonthly service scheduling of all clientsCreate quotations for clients based on job card feedbackControl job card sequencing and priority, follow up on outstanding job cardsGenerating invoices and credit notesReview, capture and ensure accuracy of approved job card, invoices and client informationIdentify and address discrepanciesGenerate and control routine service schedules, follow up on outstanding service schedulesProvide continual customer feedbackOrder and requisition material and parts required for all technicians.
