Matric and relevant Supply Chain Logistics qualificationHave Import and Export ExperienceMust have basic accounting and costing knowledgeForklift & Warehouse experience essentialDutiesMOA submission to various departmentsAllocation of stock orders, purchasing of Forex and creating machine records on ERPRaising sales invoices for certain regions, receiving stock in ERP and updating information on recordsGRN for new sales equipment and processing of creditors in line with company parameters / ensure correct location of the Material Handling Equipment and submit relevant paperwork to HOCreate CRM records on Autoline for all new & existing customersCo-ordinate the monthly delivery schedule and the weekly forecastRollback bookings for all new equipment, demos and sales loans, rigging and railage & cartage between branches, containers from portsPlace accessory orders for all local accessories required, receive creditor invoices and process creditor invoicesClear items off the systems weekly and provide feedback to ManagementETA & stock reports to Sales team weeklyWeekly meetings with workshops/service department relating to deliveriesInternal workshop order and applicable links on Autoline for PDI to workshops/service departmentEnsure Autoline / CRM records are captured and updatedStock takes as and when required by Management to assist (monthly)Rate of exchange provided to Sales for them to compile their costing sheetsAssist Sales & Logistics Admin Manager with any / all duties as and when required
