Duties & Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of Legal Collections professionals, providing guidance, support, and training
- Monitor team performance, including call quality, adherence to collection guidelines, and individual performance targets
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate targets, expectations, and provide updates
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of legal paperwork and documentation
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and maximize collections
- Provide reports and analysis on team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory guidelines, ensuring the team operates within compliance
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Identify training needs and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members
Desired Experience & Qualification- Matric
Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal collections, preferably in a call center environment
- Proven experience in team management and leadership
- Excellent knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to collections
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets and exceed expectations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customer situations
- Proficient in using collection software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Package & RemunerationR15 000 CTC to R20 000 CTC per month based on experience and qualifications
