As an L&D Manager you will:Design the L&D strategyEnforce best L&D PractiseDrive and accelerate skills development initiatives to support the transformation agendaLead a team of L&D Specialists to ensure that the L&D strategy is implementedDirect the implementation of learnerships and skills programmes in order to achieve transformation targetsManage the BBBEE verification processEnsure learning technology systems and tools are available to perform learning technology administration and support.Ensure budgets, plans and forecasts are managed and tracked.The requirements for the role are:5-8 years'' experience as an L&D Manager or leading an L&D functionDegree in Human Resources Management with specialization in L&D, a post-graduate qualification would be advantageous.ETDP Qualification/Related Training qualification
