Position: Key Account Manager - Coffee Sector
Must-Have Have

Experience: Sales background in a similar industry, preferably in the coffee sector
Job Description: Manage existing accounts and focus on expanding the customer base within the coffee sector.
Provide support for spares and service-related inquiries, leveraging technical knowledge.
Drive sales of coffee machines and related products, achieving agreed-upon targets.
Develop strong ties within the coffee industry to facilitate business growth.
Manage ongoing projects and ensure timely delivery of equipment to clients.
Understand the workings of commercial kitchens to effectively cater to client needs.
Generate quotations, negotiate deals, and ensure accuracy in pricing and order processing.
Collaborate with management to compile weekly project sheets and journey plans.
Professional Profile:
Strong background in the coffee industry with a passion for food and cooking.
Previous sales experience in the coffee sector, preferably within catering equipment.
Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a passionate team.
Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
