Junior Bookkeeper Claremont Cape Town
Our Client is looking for a Junior Bookkeeper / Debtors Clerk in the Claremont Cape Town Area with at least 2 years’ experience in Debtors and Bookkeeping Financial Accounts.
Salary + Pension Normal working hours
Minimum Requirements
Matric with Mathematics/Math Literacy and Accounting OR National Diploma Accounting (not financial management)
Pastel Accounting
MS Suit / Office – Intermediate Excel compulsory
At least 2 years in a formal business environment working with sensitive information and money.
Debtors full function.
Financial Experience / Bookkeeping
Meet deadlines

Job Requirements
Full Debtors experience on PASTEL ‘
Financial Administration and support
Administration consolidating clients invoicing, i.e. requesting purchase orders
Ensuring delivery notes are completed properly by the technicians
Scanning and emailing invoices
Purchase orders and PODs to clients.
Maintaining client and our database systems.
Bookkeeping functions – Reconciling and chasing up debtors for payments.
Stock reconciliation, Bills of Materials manufacturing.
Capturing bank statements.
