Junior Accountant - Riversdale Junior Accountant - Riversdale Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting •3 - 5 years’ accounting experience •Completed SAIPA/SAICA articles at a reputable firm •Experience in Microsoft Office, Sage Evolution and Pastel Payroll advantageous •Must be articulate, accurate and have attention to detail Responsibility: Duties: •Accounting to trial balance for multiple divisions/business units •Assist with month end process / journals •Assistance Financial Manager as required •Assist with compilation of: ? Budgets ? Monthly management accounts •Assist with cash flow forecasts •Review and perform reconciliations •Monitoring of data integrity •Assist with stock valuation •Review: ? Manufacturing Reports ? Stock variances •Assist in the determination of product costing and pricing •Payroll administration •Update and maintain fixed asset registers •Assist with preparation and submission of: ? VAT ? PAYE ? Provisional Tax returns •Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company •Conduct analyses and reports as requested by management Salary: •R 15 000 – R 20 000 Consultant Name: Brandon Barnard
