Job Responsibilities:Sales and Client Acquisition:Drive the sales of our diverse insurance products.Acquire new clients and build lasting relationships.Product Knowledge:Thoroughly understand and communicate the features and benefits of our insurance offerings.Stay updated on industry trends and product enhancements.Client Consultation:Conduct consultations to assess clients' insurance needs.Tailor insurance solutions to meet individual requirements.Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets.Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.Desired Skills and Qualifications:Fit and Proper Requirements:RE5 CertificateIn possession of an industry-specific qualification or currently studying towards it.Insurance Background:Previous experience in insurance sales is advantageous.Familiarity with various insurance products.Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly and concisely.Sales Acumen:Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Customer-Centric Approach:Dedication to providing excellent customer service.Ability to understand and address clients' needs.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their CVs for consideration.
