Successful candidates must have:- A Minimum of 3 years work experience in cooking and/or food preparation for multiple individuals, preferably in a school settingAbility to produce nutritionally balanced meals within a strict budgetAn understanding of all current health and safety regulationsGood organisational skillsAbility to handle high stress environmentExperience with menu planning and stock controlAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to draw up shopping lists and do the grocery shopping ensuring the best value is achievedAvailable to work shifts and weekends as requiredClosing date for applications: 10th May 2024
