Head Of Marketing

Our client within the Insurance industry is seeking a qualified and experienced Head of Marketing that will be reporting to the Executive: Corporate Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management of all marketing related activities for all marketing teams. The Marketing Manager will be required to oversee the Brand Management, Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, Advertising and Communications within the company.Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective Marketing strategies.Analyse competitors Marketing strategies.Manage the marketing portfolio and budgets.Contribute creatively with the implementation of business projects.Oversee customer research to develop value propositions.Lead customer marketing, go-to-market, insights, digital, brand strategy and building.Adhere to brand guidelines.Communicate and engage with external and internal stakeholders.Minimum Requirements:Must have an NQF level 7 Marketing DegreeMust have 5-10 years experience in Marketing Management in the Insurance industry Must have knowledge of Marketing budgets.Must have experience in the Insurance and/or Medical Aid industryBusiness Capital Group We appreciate your interest, however if you have not had any response within 2 weeks from one of our consultant, we will place your CV on our database and contact you as soon as a suitable career opportunity for your skills and experience becomes available.
