Willingness to join our creative team for the long haul.  Custom controllers| joystick developer The role is responsible for designing and manufacturing customized control interfaces for various machines and equipment. Leveraging your expertise in 3D printing, PC hardware, and USB technology, you create exact replicas of handheld controllers and joysticks to enhance the control and operation of machinery that are used in VR experiences we build. Custom Control Design: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design exact replica handheld controllers and joysticks tailored to the unique needs of different machinery and equipment. 3D Printing Expertise: Utilize 3D printing technology to manufacture precise and durable components and enclosures for these handheld control devices. PC Integration: Integrate control interfaces with PC hardware, including microcontrollers, sensors, and communication ports, to facilitate seamless interaction and data exchange. USB Connectivity: Develop USB-based interfaces for real-time data transfer, enabling precise and responsive control of connected machinery. Job Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Qualifications: Grade 12 (Matric). Experience: Experience in tinkering and a passion for taking apart and building various controllers and gadgets. Experience in electronics and circuitry will be advantageous. Skills: Must be passionate about gadgetry. Eager to work alongside with dynamic and like-minded individuals. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer literacy is essential. Well organized and timely.
