Our client, a Mining Company in Limpopo is looking to onboard a phenomenal General Manager (Mining) who has exceptional leadership, contract management, and community engagement skills.

The ideal candidate will come from a Mining and/or Engineering background.

Relevant qualification e.g. B Eng/ Mining/ Metallurgy/ Mechanical/ similar (MBA is highly advantageous)Proven experience within the mining industry in a similar senior management role (e.g. GM/ Mine Manager etc.)Experience within Chrome and/or Platinum mining operationsExtensive experience with contractors and stakeholder relations (DMRE, Communities, local municipalities, SAPS, etc.)Working knowledge of Mining right requirements and complianceSolid understanding of the relevant legislation including MRPDA, MH&SA, LRA, BCEA, EE, SDA etc.Hands on, results driven, passionate professional with solid leadership and strategic thinking skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
