Food & Beverage Floor Manager

As a Food & Beverage floor Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring customer service and guest satisfaction across all Food & Beverage Outlets. You will be responsible for thesupervision of theFood & BeverageTeam and areawhile maintaining consistentlyexceptional guest service standards. We're looking for a positive and self-motivated team player with strong leadership skills to join our team on a permanent basis. Flexible with working hours is important as this role requires rostered shifts largely over weekends, school holidays & public holidays.
The perfect candidate will bring: previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant, bar or events centre. exceptional leadership, supervisory and communication skills. a friendly, positive, and 'can-do' attitude. a current LCQ and Manager's License.
