Proficient maintenance skills for overseeing property requirements such as vehicles, road maintenance, bush maintenance, solar systems, fences, dams, etc. Maintaining the reserve and the wildlife including preventing poaching Creating a guided experience for guests and curating their experience with regards to activities. Leading activities such as, drives, bushwalks, marine walks, kayaking, fishing, surfing, sandboarding Strong organizational and planning skills Excellent communication skills in English – Both written and spoken. Xhosa would be advantageous. Checking guests in / out, highly sociable and confident when meeting new people and able to entertain Staff / HR – management of all staff; monthly wages; recording of leave; oversee all departments; staff discipline.
