Overview: An opportunity for an individual possessing estate agency experience to join one of the best-known estate agency chains in the North London area, as the Sales Manager within a busy estate agency in the Walthamstow area
Main Duties: An excellent opportunity for an individual possessing estate agency experience to join one of North London's estate agency chains as a sales manager in the Walthamstow area.
You will motivate, inspire, and manage the team, running morning meetings and coaching sessions.
Working closely with the existing team you will be responsible for driving growth and market share always. You will oversee and participate in all aspects of the sales process.
You will be required to liaise with administrators to ensure properties are advertised correctly and sales complete smoothly and efficiently.
Also, be responsible for keeping abreast of current market conditions and have a good knowledge of your local market developing a reputation for being an expert in your field.
Working closely with your team, downloading new properties that you have brought to the market and agreeing on a suitable strategy to match up potential purchasers.
Key Skills: Applications will only be considered from applications possessing a proven track record in an estate agency environment ideally within a management role.
An ability to build great relationships where customers really buy into you as a person and a fantastic record for turning valuations into listings and sales. Along with the drive and determination together with plenty of get up and go together with pace, passion, and enthusiasm.
You will have to work hard to keep up with the challenges you will face and be focused on turning the "ordinary" into the "extraordinary".
You should also possess a proven track record of working to and exceeding targets and KPIs.
You should also have GCSE grade C or above and have a full valid UK driving licence
