Enrolled Nurse

Our client who is a private hospital based in Pretoria is seeking to recruit Enrolled Nurses for various wards on a day shift basis. Duties:- Meet the requirements of quality patient care- Nursing activities carried out complying with SANC regulations- Maintain all health, safety and infection control standards to ensure a safe patient environment- Effective utilization of resources- Effective maintenance of equipment- Accurate record keeping- Continued education of patients- Build effective relationships with patients, doctors and other medical personnel to ensure quality patient care- General enrolled nursing duties- Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of workspaces- Handle ECG, Injections, Vitals and IV fluids- Basic wound careQualification and requirements- Enrolled Nursing qualification- Basic Life Support course (advantageous)- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Valid SANC registrationSkills and attributes:- Professional communication skills- Fluent in English and Afrikaans- Well-presented and professional- Own transport preferredA competitive salary is negotiable on experience and qualification.
