Details of the offer

A National company within the Retail sector is looking for a Customer Service Centre Agent. This position is for an experienced candidate working within a customer support centre where they handled the customer queries from start to finish.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: (Not negotiable)
Grade 12
5 years experience in Consumer complaint resolution environment
5 years Inbound and outbound call centre with in a retail environment
Live in the Western Cape
Valid SA ID
DUTIES:

Maintain quality customer service principles and meet client expectations
Address customer complaints and provide necessary feedback
Adhere to professional telephone etiquette and principles
Maintain confidentiality
Log all incoming calls on a Customer Feedback CRM system, according to set guidelines in real time
Ensure all captured information is accurate and complete
Report incidents according to set guidelines
Maintain quality control principles and recommend process improvements
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Mobile and Web products
Adhere to sound written communication principles
Maintain customer service standards
