Product Credit Solutions is looking for Customer Care Consultants for their 24 hour Call Centre at Head Office in Houghton Estate
Duties include but are not limited to:Resolution of telephonic and email queriesCollection of personality detailsCollection of signed Quotations Minimum Criteria:Grade 12 or equivalent The following Attributes are essential:Must be PC literateMust be able to speak clearlyMust have Telephone EtiquetteMust be fluent in EnglishMust be able to speak at least two African languages including Afrikaans The following Personal Attributes must be present:Must be able to manage their time wellMust be able to work well under pressureMust be honest and trustworthyMust be respectful and be able to work well with othersMust respect the company’s policies and proceduresDemonstrate sound work ethicsMust be result orientatedMust be customer service focused
