We are looking for: An Onboarding and Retentions Representative. Your role as Onboarding and Retentions is to help potential and existing clients successfully load up their events on the Quicket platform. You will build relationships and are expected to be a natural people's person. You will receive prospective clients through inbound interest, and you will be expected to do as much as possible to successfully onboard that client. As part of onboarding new and returning event organisers, you would be expected to assist them the loading their event, and approving events that are ready to go live. Additionally, certain event organisers will get stuck while loading their events on the platform. Your role is to help them and ensure a successfully completed load up. Lastly, a key component to your role is to contact organisers at various stages of their event life cycle to assist them, get their feedback, and ultimately retain them as Quicket clients.

Responsibilities for this role are, but not limited to: Convert inbound leads
Assist with event load-ups and onboarding
Approving draft events
Contact organisers that have events that are stuck in the load-up process, or who have a live event which is struggling to sell tickets
Contact organisers prior to their event start date
Contact organisers after their event is finished
Retain existing clients, through proactive intervention and assistance
Requirements The ideal person for this role has: Experience and Education

A minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar position
Experience in the events industry is advantageous
Skills and Traits
Self-starter with a passion and knack for being a people's person
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team Computer literate/tech savvy Organised with a can-do attitude Strong work ethic and target driven
