Assist Financial manager with reviewing the department workload.Direct Labour Control:Review current process and implement robust reporting and control system.3rd Party distribution costs:Review current process and implement robust reporting and control system.Set up a Standard vehicle costing system.Drive compliance on the use of the costing QC dashboards & reconciliation dashboards within the Winfreight system.Supporting the financial manager in ensuring that monthly balance sheet reconciliations are reviewed. Documentation of SOP’sWorking closely with branch managers and Operations staff.
