IntroductionA company in George, Western Cape is looking for a Compliance Officer.The person will be working remotely, but must be based in George. Duties & ResponsibilitiesTo assist the client regionally with Virtual Compliance, Risk Management, Implementation, and other Sales ProjectsAdherence to the compliance requirements as dictated by the FSCATo effectively deliver quality compliance and risk management service to our clients at a regional level.Market all Services to the Existing Client baseTo grow the Southern/Eastern Cape client base by marketing all services to new clientsDesired Experience & QualificationA Legal / Accounting/ Financial degree orA FSCA (FSB) recognized qualificationRegistered Category I (Category ii if possible) Compliance registered Officer with the FSCA OrMinimum 5-year experience in compliance or risk management within the financial services industryA good working knowledge of compliance legislation viz FICA and FAIS
