A prominent financial services provider has an exciting career opportunity available
for CLIENT LIAISON OFFICERS, to join their dynamic business team on-site at their client
based in Cape Town, Western Cape. This is a permanent position which offers a
market-related salary structure.
Qualifications & Experience Minimum matric with a tertiary qualification advantageous


Minimum RE5 certification and NQF level 5 qualification is essential to the role

Applicable Class of Business certification in relevant disciplines as per the FSCA


Minimum 5 years' applicable experience in the financial services industry


Minimum 3 years' experience with an in-depth knowledge of employee benefits, including but not limited to medical aid products, hospital plans, medical insurance, pension funds and group life plans


Strong and proven experience in customer care, business development, networking and prospecting and financial compliance


Proven business success whilst working in a target driven environment.


Proven and successful track record in key account management whilst simultaneously managing a variety of clients


Solid experience and logistical knowledge of Cape Town as business landscape
Other Requirements Excellent interpersonal skills, well-presented and professional


The ability to build multi-level business relations with various stakeholders


The ability to manage and perform independently
Tenacious and driven.


Fluent in English: speak read and write.


Fully competent in the MS Office programme, with strong experience in report writing


Trustworthy and ethical with a strong sense of accountability

Valid driver's licence with own reliable transport
