Our client based in the Property & Conveyancing industry is seeking a skilled and experienced Public Relations Officer to join our conveyancing firm. As a Public Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing the firm's public image, building relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting our services to clients and the wider community. Your role will be instrumental in enhancing our brand reputation and establishing strong connections within the industry.Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement PR strategies: Create and execute comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance the firm's reputation, increase brand visibility, and attract potential clients. This includes identifying target audiences, crafting key messages, and selecting appropriate communication channels.2. Media relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers. Proactively pitch stories, press releases, and thought leadership articles to secure media coverage and promote the firm's expertise in conveyancing.3. Content creation: Produce engaging and informative content for various platforms, including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media updates. Ensure all content aligns with the firm's messaging and brand guidelines.4. Crisis management: Act as the primary point of contact for handling any potential PR crises or negative publicity. Develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate reputational risks and maintain a positive public image.5. Event management: Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as seminars, webinars, conferences, and networking sessions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event outcomes and maximize opportunities for brand exposure.6. Stakeholder engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry associations, community organizations, and government bodies. Identify partnership opportunities and collaborate on initiatives that align with the firm's goals.7. Market research and analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences. Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted PR campaigns.8. Brand management: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels. Monitor and manage the firm's online reputation, including social media platforms and review websites.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar role within the legal or conveyancing industry.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing.- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.- Knowledge of conveyancing processes and terminology is preferred.
