The ideal candidate will operate as a Senior Corporate Finance Associate responsible for research, modelling, valuations, and all aspects of deal structuring across various projects. Duties and Responsibilities: Originate and execute operational policies, processes, and standards to ensure systematic and effective business strategies. Supervise all aspects of daily operations, including finance, human resources, technology, facilities management, and risk management. Identify topics for improvement and apply initiatives to streamline processes and improve productivity. Job Experience & Skills Required: Minimum Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced Degree preferred. Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, with at least 5 10 years of experience in operations management within the professional services industry. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and analysis. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive business growth, and lead organizational change. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across all levels of the organization.
