Your Role:As the COO, you will spearhead various key functions, including sales operations, BPO operations, training, compliance, campaign management, planning, QA and verification, facilities, and information technology. Your strategic insights and leadership will be instrumental in shaping the organisational policies and goals, driving performance, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications:Post-graduate qualification in a relevant field
