Position Type: Full-time, In-office Position Overview: As a Junior General Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment process. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to kick-start their career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify potential candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various job roles. Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients. Client and Candidate Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates. Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates regarding their application status. Administrative Support: Assist in drafting job postings and advertisements. Maintain accurate candidate records in our database. Handle general administrative tasks related to the recruitment process. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to provide valuable insights during the recruitment process. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Prior recruitment or HR experience is a plus but not required.
