Due to continuous business growth we require supplementary talented individuals to join our team. Comprehensive in-house training provided by experienced Trainers as well as continuous individualised feedback and coaching will propel you to develop your skills, enhance your communication abilities to achieve a high standard of work. We offer basic salary with uncapped commission, performance bonuses and benefits. Travel reimbursement of up to R87 per day if using the Gautrain. Training/Probation Period (first 3 week contract): Uncapped Commission Week 1- Paid Training (R2000) Week 2- Target is 5 for the week. R2000 basic, R160 per sale and bonus of R500 on 100% of target. Week 3- Target is 10 for the week.R2000 basic, R160 per sale and bonus of R500 on 100% of target. Permanent Contract: R5500 basic, uncapped commission, company benefits (medical aid, life cover, onsite gym and coffee shop) Average salary once permanent- R27 500.
