RedCat Recruitment is URGENTLY seeking a qualified and experienced BUYER (ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE) for a large concern – position based in Pietermaritzburg / Upper Highway area.

REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Preferably a degree in logistics or supply chain management. A diploma will be considered.
Valid driver’s license.
Very strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Advanced MS Excel skills. Pastel experience (or similar programme).
3-5 years previous experience in a similar position (with hands on knowledge) is essential.
Direct project related experience in procurement that has sound engineering background is essential.
Previous experience in doing quotes and any other relevant procurement documentation.
Import / export and shipping experience (international).
Excellent growth opportunity within the company.
