Job Description
This position is based in Vanderbijlpark. This is a sales management role accountable for an existing and experienced team. The successful incumbent will have to ensure the team's profitability by managing results, resources and risks within the framework of the business plan for the area. This role also contributes to the overall management/leadership of the geographical area by serving as a member of the MANCO. · Managing the application of PFA's salesprocess.
· Managing the existing business processes (i.e. conservation, outstanding business, financing, administration and clientcare).
· Interacting with successful and demanding financialadvisors.
· Coaching and development of financialadvisors.
· Building and sustaining a productiveteam.
· Assist with GeneralPractice
· Recruitment into Team of Quality EstablishedAdvisors
· Recruit into ACA team to ensure you have pipeline of Graduate Advisors
Development and Implementation of a Local MarketingPlan
QUALIFICATION
· Matric orequivalent
· CFP qualification will be an advantage · Must be FAIS compliant with a certificate in Financial Planning or anequivalentqualificationwith120relevantcreditsataminimum NQF level5.
· Must have passed RE 5 level1.
· Previous experience as a Sales Manager ispreferable.
· Be accredited on all products that PFA distributes as well as accreditation on other optionalproducts.
· Preferably 24 month's service as a FinancialAdvisor.
· Have strong administrativecapabilities.
· Should be comfortable in applying the salesprocess.
Should be able to apply the six step financialprocess.
