Experience Needed To Be Considered : Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
BCom Degree in Accounting / Finance / business related field, candidate must have Finance Management / Finance 2A property related degree advantageousMust be a SA born citizen with a valid drivers license and own transportStrong negotiation and relationship building skills4+ years' experience in property investment / property finance structuring5+ years' experience in business managementExperience in banking, sales, marketing, and business investmentExperience in sourcing clients, analyzing financials, and drafting investment reportsThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Take complete ownership of financial management, income, and expensesOversee the end-to-end property investment process with a specific focus on deal sourcing, due diligence, deal structuring and portfolio managementActively participate in various committee meetingsPrepare / present detailed investment proposal reportsDevelop / execute marketing strategiesStrategically cultivate and maintain relationshipsActively manage client relationships and regularly participate in management meetings Salary: Market Related.
