ArchitectureMasterplanningInterior DesignRegenerationPlanningDue to a steady pipeline of work, and a number of new & exciting instructions across a variety of sectors, we are instructed to source for an architectural technologist to join a well-established and growing, Northwest team.
Examples of current work include leisure & hospitality, residential, commercial and mixed-use regeneration, across the UK.
Pre-requisites: Highly technical, having worked on several and varied projectsHave good job-running experience, across all stagesExcellent specification writingStrong knowledge of Building RegulationsExperience of AutoCAD and RevitA salary of circa £45,000 (D.O.E.) is offered plus benefits, and my client offers real scope and support for career & professional development.
