Advisor Assistant

A boutique wealth firm based by the V&A waterfront is looking for someone on a fixed-term 3-month contract to assist with miscellaneous back-office work. The role will be a mix of Advisor Assistant and Office Administrator. Responsibilities will include: Assisting advisors with management of client documents Generating client statements & reports Assisting with data reconciliation & validation Etc. Experience with using Elite Wealth is essential and strong computer skills is needed (Microsoft Office, etc.). Previous experience with Momentum, Credo and Apex platforms would be very beneficial. Own transport is required. This is an in-office role. Hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Remuneration would be R25k gross and we provide parking. Starting date: ASAP
