Admin Manager (Mechanisation)

TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Admin Manager (Mechanisation) within the Trade Division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities and Duties Act as a resource within the region for mechanisation branchesControl mechanisation branch admin procedures in conjunction with trade admin managerAssist mechanisation branches with adminResponsible for monitoring and reporting of mechanisation floorplan as well as mechanisation stock at branchesCapture and reporting of marketer's commissionsWork in conjunction with area admin managers regarding the resolving of audit findingsAssist all mechanisation workshops with problems relating to capturing and invoicing of job cardsMonitor outstanding job cards at branches and reporting to mechanisation managerDetermine system improvements within the mechanisation departmentLiaise with mechanisation branches and other departments to address administrative issuesIdentify risk areas and implement counter measuresReport to Mechanisation ManagerQualifications and Skills Matric / Grade 125 years' experience in Agricultural companyExperience in all administrative issues regarding workshops and mechanisationExcellent grasp of company policy and procedureFully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)Calm disposition when faced with challenges (advantageous)*The company can expire jobs at any time at their own discretion.
