Responsibilities
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Enhance processes by constantly seeking innovative improvements
• Automation roll out
• Releasing of Sales Orders
• Credit limit increase
• Credit Vetting
• New Accounts
• Managing ITSM calls on various contract
• Maintaining Master Data
• Team Training – Ongoing
• Drawing up of process documents
• Testing / Training
• Monthly reporting
• Implementation of Robotics and AI
• Identify new collections strategies and efficiencies
• Assist with Audit and tax queries
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• Proven Project Management skills with ability to priorities multiple tasks;
• Customer service / GBS environment
• Intermediate to Advance Excel skills
• Power BI skills
• Change Management and Preferred Digital Knowledge
