This is an ideal position for a professional to further his/her career as Winemaker by joining Windmeul's dynamic production team.The incumbent will be responsible for the following:Harvesting and winemakingQuality controlStock managementPersonnel managementMaintenance and housekeepingRecord keeping and administrationWine tasting and external liaisonHealth & Safety and accreditationsRequirements:Relevant tertiary qualification (degree or diploma in Viticulture and Oenology or similar qualification)Proven experience in wine industry (3-5 years)Mechanical and technical knowledge of winemaking machinery and equipmentWell-developed wine tasting skillsGood computer skills (Wine MS)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Afrikaans and English)Passion and commitment for producing quality wineDetail orientatedAbility to perform well in both a team context and individually
