Airband are now recruiting a Website Manager to join their Marketing Division. As an innovative Website Manager, you will be part of our in-house Digital Marketing Team, driving and managing content strategy and user experience, technical performance and organic search performance.
The role offers a great degree of autonomy and creative influence to drive website traffic, lead generation, and onsite conversions. Reporting to our Digital Marketing Manager, this role requires a proven Marketing professional with at least 5 years of commercial experience in a similar position.
This is a Permanent Hybrid position which includes 2 days per week in our Droitwich office. Competitive salary - £35,000 to £40,000 + benefits. About the position: • Manage all Airband websites.
• Create and manage a content strategy.
• Work with, and manage, external SEO and CRO consultants to maximise online opportunities.
• Ensure website content accuracy and regular content audits.
• Identify, prioritise and manage web development activities, including working with an external development team.
• Review activity on Google Analytics 4 to help identify trends and recommend improvements to create a positive user journey.
• Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues.
• Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with business objectives and brand.
• Working with teams across the business to ensure the websites align with the objectives and internal processes of the wider business.
• Ensure the website adheres to the best possible accessibility standards.
• Create and update website content using a content management system.
• Hybrid working: Three days at home, two in the Droitwich office.
What are we looking for? 5 plus years experience as Website Manager Experience in SEO, CRO, UI, Google Analytics, and OptinMonster. Experience with Salesforce is also desirable. Expert in delivering against KPI's, including, online purchases, order conversion rate and lead generation. More about you: A growth mindset, with entrepreneurial spirit and energy.
