FUNCTION: WAREHOUSE / QUALITY COORDINATOR DISCIPLINE: QA/QC LOCATION: DURBAN DURATION: PERMANENT SALARY: MARKET RELATED _________________________________________________________________ "TRS is looking for a WAREHOUSE / QUALITY COORDINATOR who will be responsible for the coordination and communication of the quality of product between Field Operations and Sales for our local leading Client's team based in DURBAN." JOB DESCRIPTION: Documenting and reporting quality to Sales and Operations in a clear concise manner. Ensure compliance with the SOPs for handling product.Work regularly with Sales to learn how to more efficiently handle their various customers' specific needs.Ensure product moves through warehouse in an efficient manner.Entry of Estimates and Monitoring of Product Inventory. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Tertiary Qualification (Commerce, Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Purchasing etc.) or Supply Chain Management. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a Warehousing / Quality Coordinating role, in a direct supplier facing environment. Excellent technical, analytical, negotiating skills and astute business acumen. English (excellent verbal and written communication).Experienced in MS Office, ERP systems.
