Job Description:An opportunity has presented itself to appoint a suitably qualified candidate into the position of Medical Technologist(ads1)Job Responsibilities:Basic and advanced training in all professional duties including result interpretation, QC and practical method and theory.Identify training needs. Compile andimpliment training plans and competency assessment tools.Ensure that all tests are reported within the acceptable turnaround times as set out in the goals for TAT.Compile and follow up daily: Flag, alert and routing list. Service monitor. Unreviewed, completed un-finalized requisitions. Old prelims.Maintenance logs, temperature logs.
