What you will do: The Trust Accounting Administrator's primary responsibility is onboarding and offboarding agents to the FTNI and DepositLink platforms in the 24 states where eXp holds trust accounts. There are currently over 82,000 agents, growing 500 agents each month. The Trust Accounting Administrator operates under the direction of the Trust Accounting Manager. In addition, this position will provide backup support to others in the department and will assist on special projects as assigned. Major Duties & Responsibilities: Onboard and offboard approximately 100 agents per day to the FTNI electronic check deposit platform and DepositLink electronic deposit platform Act as subject matter expert of FTNI and DepositLink and assist agents with password resets, training, etc. Assist Management team with month end reporting for transaction and agent counts. Partner with Accounting, Operations and Legal teams, as well as ensure that proper internal controls are in place for compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Work on special assigned Trust Accounting projects Other duties as assigned by Management How you will grab our attention: Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience. Associates degree preferred. Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Finance or Accounting experience preferred Must be able to complete work in an organized, proactive and independent manner to meet all required time frames and commitments Positive and cooperative attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams, both internal and external Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications Extremely detail oriented with a passion for doing tasks right the first time Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks, working efficiently with minimal supervision If you think you'd make a great match for this position but don't meet all the requirements, we would still encourage you to apply! The total base pay for this position starts at ZAR 240,000 per year in our lowest geographic cost of living market up to ZAR 300,000 per year in our highest geographic cost of living market and is dependent upon many factors such as location, experience, skills, and training.
