Candidate Requirements:Grade 12 and a tertiary qualification in Hospitality/TravelMust have a minimum of at least 2-3 years experience as a Travel DesignerMust have previous experience handling customer relationships, and developing & promoting products and services in the inbound travel industryWorking knowledge of TourPlan and WISH or similar booking/operating systemsGeneral product knowledge of Southern & East AfricaMust be fully computer literateMust be able to work well within a teamMust be an excellent relationship builder and the need to always go the extra mile for guestsMust have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)Must have excellent attention to detailPersonal or educational travel experience (advantageous)#J-18808-Ljbffr
