In this role your responsibility will include: Adhere to all health and safety practices requirements and promote good housekeeping to ensure compliance. Assist in the design, development and maintenance of training material, programmes and assessments in line with prescribed standards Coach and guide trainees Conduct need/ skills assessments to determine training needs Assess learner practical and theoretical competencies against approved MQA, NQF & other standards and maintain related portfolio of evidence for each learner. Implement effective/innovative technical training programs and development opportunities to develop the skills of all employees This role is in the Human Resources department at a Band 7 and reporting to the Supervisor Equipment.
