KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS OF POST:
? Helping with projects
? Managing holds, billed books, visitors
? Assisting on adult & children's side
? Finding information
? Executing telephone transactions
? Helping with internet enquiries
? Filing books back on shelves
? Shelf reading
? Managing card registers
