Role Headline Managesgeneral budgeting, accounting and reporting operations in all segments relatedto projects finances area(s), other accountabilities to directly supporteffective and profitable Business (Sub) Segment management. Responsibilities of the Role •Supports accountable Sales Management, providesadvice and proposes measures regarding Business Administration. •Supports implementation of financial andbusiness administration policies, standards and procedures, for the assignedorganization unit.•Accomplishes financial analysis, planning andcontrolling activities and all related business administration activities.•Completes consolidation of all accounting,financial reporting and other finance related operations (incl. P&Lreporting and Balance). •Supports effective treasury management,optimized capital financing structure and tax compliance management. •Checks content and analyses supplier and/customer contracts, to ensure compliant and standardized contract management. •Analyses and provides recommendation regardingcapital expenditure proposals.•Supports in the preparation of complex bids ortenders for project business. Attributes and skills •Perform efficiently under pressure, ability tocommunicate effectively all the time and drive to engage all the stakeholderstowards a project goal.•Comprehensive (deep and broad) professionalknow-how and experience in one Sub Job Family. Systematic use of know-how tosolve complex problems.•Demonstrates high professional judgmentcompetence. Changes existing ways and approaches. Impact on results in largerorganization.•Well established in external and internalnetworks within specialist field.
