SALARY AND BENEFITS: R25000 – R30 000 CTC p/m
DESCRIPTION / SYNOPSIS: We have an opportunity available for an experienced Accountant, to join an established Company in the manufacturing/industrial sector, on a three-month contract basis. The successful candidate will be based in Alrode, Alberton, and be responsible for the full accounting function. This is a 3-month contract position, and we require someone who can start immediately (or at short notice).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:BCom Accounting DegreeCompleted SAICA or SAIPA articlesOR 3 – 5 years experience in Accounting, up to Trial BalanceExperience or knowledge of payroll will be beneficialMust be able to start immediately, or at short notice.
RESPONSIBILITIES: During this 3 month contract period, the Accountant will be responsible for the full accounting function, including:
Accounting to Trial balanceBalance sheet reconsOversee debtors and creditorsOversee monthly expensesChecking of accuracy and completeness of invoices and documentation receivedMonth-end closeWork closely with the payroll departmentDo you see yourself as the successful Accountant at this leading Company?
