Telesales Consultant | Potchefstroom | Remote

We are looking for a well-spoken full-time telesales representative to be responsible for soliciting sales from warm leads over the telephone. The telesales representative's responsibilities include contacting potential customers, focusing on our customers' needs to close sales, and documenting customer information. 

Important Information -   Working hours are 12.30 - 21.00 UK 
The successful incumbent will be required to work 1 weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shift per month – this will be compensated with pay and time off in lieu of weekend work. 
Shift coverage over the festive period will be required, with compensation. 

What's in it for you -  Salary: R6000 - R8000 per month depending on experience + commission

Skills :  Proven experience as a telesales representative 
Sales experience in the cleaning industry advantageous. 
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. 
Excellent communication skills 
Even-tempered and the ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers 
Good track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone 
Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook. 
Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints 
Ability to work individually and in a team environment. 

Duties include but are not limited to -   Purchasing leads from the preferred leads platform 
Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone. 


Communicating with clients via telephone and email. 
Closing deals with clients.  
Meeting individual sales targets. 
Utilising CRM and booking system. 
Educating customers in all service offerings. 
After sales service.
