We are looking for a well-spoken full-time telesales representative to be responsible for soliciting sales from warm leads over the telephone. The telesales representative's responsibilities include contacting potential customers, focusing on our customers' needs to close sales, and documenting customer information.Important Information - Working hours are 12.30 - 21.00 UKThe successful incumbent will be required to work 1 weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shift per month – this will be compensated with pay and time off in lieu of weekend work.Shift coverage over the festive period will be required, with compensation.What's in it for you - Salary: R6000 - R8000 per month depending on experience + commission40 days paid holiday annuallyFully remote working (own laptop essential)Training and developmentSkills: Proven experience as a telesales representativeSales experience in the cleaning industry advantageousExcellent interpersonal and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsEven-tempered and the ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customersGood track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the phoneGood knowledge of MS Word, Excel & OutlookGood negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaintsAbility to work individually and in a team environmentDuties include but are not limited to - Purchasing leads from the preferred leads platformInitiating sales with potential customers over the phoneCommunicating with clients via telephone and emailClosing deals with clientsMeeting individual sales targetsUtilising CRM and booking systemEducating customers in all service offeringsAfter sales service
