Duties & Responsibilities Telesales Agents Location Menlyn, Gauteng, South Africa Duties: ?Sell policies (in and out bound) ?Apply product knowledge ?Capture policy on system ?Attend to client queries ?Process amendments on policies ?Responsible for own policy retention Desired Experience & Qualification Matric RE 5 ? and DOFA (preferred) 1 Years? Experience as a call centre agent (outbound) Insurance Industry Package & Remuneration Salary Bands: R 8480 (No RE 5 or Qualification) R9540 (RE 5 only) R10600 ( RE5 and FAIS Qualification)
