Technical Lead Cloud Services

Exciting opportunity for a Technical lead, with the ability to evaluate, optimize and standardize Cloud services has opened up with one of our clients, a global leader in the IT Sector.

Duties will include to: Resolve major incidents that are escalated from the operational teams and logging of vendor calls when required.Perform due diligence to ensure services are scoped correctly, risks are highlighted to the business and successfully transitioned to the operational teams.Close the knowledge gap between Remote Managed Services teams and client teams.Set the standards that will be disseminated to theRemote Managed Services teams.Required: 10+ years' experience working in the IT industry.NET C#, PowerShell, JSON, XML beneficial.Experience with networking technologies (e.g., Cisco)Experience with database services and technologiesExperience with data centre technologies (e.g., VMware)Experience with backup technologies (e.g., Veeam)Experience with storage systems (SAN)Experience using the Azure Pricing CalculatorGood understanding of Azure Infrastructure services and their limitationsExperience in configuring & monitoring different attributes and handling scale up and scale down scenarios for the application in AzureHave experience in implementing enterprise application using platform services like azure websites, Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus, notification hubs, event hubs, stream analytics, Document Db, application insights etcQualifications Required: AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals)CertificationAZ-104 (Azure Administrator)CertificationAZ-500 (Azure Security Technologies)CertificationAZ-300 (Azure Solutions Architect – Part 1)CertificationAZ-301 (Azure Solutions Architect – Part2)CertificationAZ-203 (Developing Solutions) Certification only required if Service Bus, API, Logic Apps, Functions, Event Hub/Grid are requiredAZ-400 (DevOps Engineer)CertificationMCSE Core InfrastructureCertificationMCSE ProductivityCertificationCompTIA Network+CertificationCisco CCNA, CCNP, CCIECertificationPrince 2, PMP, SCRUM Master, AGILE (Advantageous)
