Roles and Responsibilities Coming into the job, they should have the following: Proficiency configuring basic general networking, router configuration, switches, VLAN, and QOS (i.e. Microtik, Araknis, or equivalent) At least 1 year of industry experience installing, configuring, and supporting customers home automation systems (preferably Control4, but an equivalent will be considered) 1 year of experience installing, configuring, and supporting customers home automation systems Proficiency configuring basic general networking, router configuration, switches, VLAN, and QOS (i.e. Microtik, Araknis, or equivalent) Proficiency configuring, installing and supporting Microsoft Office/365, Google Workspace productivity applications and Zuper or equivalent field service management systems Proficiency configuring and using two or more of the following with ability to learn all in 60 days: CCTV (i.e. Hikvision, Digital Watchdog, EagleEye, or equivalent) Card access (Hartmann Controls Protector.net and Odyssey, Brivo, Rosslare, Axtrax, Salto, Keyscan, or equivalent) Home automation (i.e. Control4, Lutron, or equivalent) Candidate must be fluent in German and English Employment Details Employment Type: Permanent Employment Industry: Not specified Work space preference: Work from Home Ideal work province: Gauteng Ideal work city: Salary bracket: R 22 000 - R25 000 Drivers License: CODE B (Car) Own car needed: No
